The soprèssa al vino Breganze Torcolato DOC appears on the outside covered by a light layer of light gray mold, the shape is cylindrical, slightly arched. Once cut, the slice appears shiny and compact, the grain is medium and the color appears pinkish red with clear ivory-colored holes. The texture on the palate is soft.
Once tasted this has the advantage of leaving a pleasant aftertaste characteristic of the passito wine.
