Salami al Montepulciano d’Abruzzo was born from the idea of tying a salami to a great wine made in the Abruzzo region. To obtain it, only the best cuts are selected and after careful processing it is left to mature for about 30-40 days; only after this period, the salami is wet with Montepulciano, which gives unique aromatic notes; after this step the salami is ready to be packaged in contact with the marc of Montepulciano. Produced exclusively with pork from the local area, without sources of gluten and milk derivatives.
INGREDIENTS: Pork, whole sea salt, 10% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Doc, black pepper, sugar, flavorings, preservative Potassium nitrate, edible natural casing. Gluten, lactose and glutamate free.
