Prickly pear jam is produced with over 65% fruit. The jam contains in a jar all the natural sweetness of this fruit of Mexican origins widespread in Sicily.
INGREDIENTS: Prickly pears, sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid. Fruit used 65g per 100g of product. Total sugars 45g per 100g of product.
