DESCRIPTION: Soft wheat flour type 00. Produced with grains naturally rich in proteins, which develop particularly elastic and stable gluten, it is a strong flour capable of supporting complex processes, large quantities of fats and sugars in the recipe and long leavening. Ideal for the production of large leavened products such as Panettone, Colomba and Focaccia Veneta, it expresses its full potential in productions that involve the use of live mother yeast. It is a flour already balanced to guarantee the optimal yield during processing without the addition of other flours or additives.

INGREDIENTS: Cereals containing gluten, i.e.: wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, Kamut or their hybridized strains and derived products.
