The product is essentially composed of lard, bacon and pork belly; to this is added the salt and the chilli dried naturally and produced in the area. This chili pepper has the particularity of not being treated with chemical substances precisely because the soil of this area, always remaining with an optimal degree of humidity, allows its natural growth. It has a weight that can go from 1 to 3 kg and requires a seasoning of up to 180 days.
