The word rigatoni, comes from the Italian word rigato, which means "ridged" or 'lined' and is associated with the cuisine of southern and central Italy. Rigatoni from Pastificio D' Aragona are a speciality of pasta di Gragnano IGP with a recognisable consistency and taste. Thanks to the bronze drawing and high quality gluten, they mantain their cooking and are always served with a lively and inviting appearance.
