A specialty of Italy's Puglia region, rich and soft centered, filled with cream and ribbons of mozzarella. Made from pasteurized cow's milk. A Puglian specialty, burrata is usually eaten so fresh that for many years, it was hard to find outside the region.
Not using animal rennet for its production, the burrata has been certified as a vegetarian cheese by the Italian Vegetarian Association.
INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized cow's MILK, UHT CREAM (35%), natural WHEY starter, salt, microbial rennet.
