DESCRIPTION: Short-matured salami, made with fine grinded black pig meat, the part taken from the bottom end of the pig. It is a young salami, therefore it is soft, with a short seasoning. Strolghino is obtained by trimming lean parts with the addition of a small amount of salt and spice. The quality of the meat, its scent and its sweetness are the characteristics that make Strolghino loved by connoisseurs and specialized gourmets.
INGREDIENTS: Calabria black pig meat, salt, dextrose, spices, natural flavours, antioxidant: sodium, ascorbate; preservatives: potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite.
