One of the most significant Italian olives coming from the city of Cerignola in Apulia. The classification of the olives has to do with the caliber: in this case it is GG, the most consistent one. The taste is sweet, fresh and herbal. The aftertaste is round, long and woody.
INGREDIENTS: Olives 'Belle di Cerignola', water, salt, acidity regulator : LACTIC ACID and CITRIC ACID, antioxidant : L-ASCORBIC ACID.
