Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.D.O. “Affinato” is aged in wooden casks for at least 12 years. This vinegar, creamy and with a surprising flavour, intensifies the taste of cheese, in particular Parmigiano Reggiano, and gives a touch of distinctiveness to vegetables and to any gourmet dishes.
