Their authenticity comes from simple ingredients: durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs with a guaranteed origin, for a delicate and unmistakable taste. To be cooked in a few minutes in boiling water or directly with the sauce, they have an excellent cooking yield: 30% more than common dry pasta. Excellent with the traditional ragù meat sauce, unique with Prosciutto Crudo and lemon, versatile for the most creative dishes.
