Grana Padano originating from the Po Valley, produced with cow's milk which requires a long seasoning. The paste is of intense straw colour with the presence of very fine holes, sometimes not very visible, distributed on a regular basis. the rind is hard, smooth, thick and straw or brown in colour. The flavour is strong and decisive but never spicy.
