PLEASE NOTE: To stop this cheese bursting its banks, and for a touch of theatre, the indulgent and glorious paste is scooped from the full round of cheese and presented in a 250g tub.
HOW TO USE: We like to use Gorgonzola in millions of ways however we last made risotto with roasted cherry tomatoes and pine nuts and it was delicious.
