DESCRIPTION: Asiago d'Allevo DOP (Aged) is a cheese produced from thermalized cow's milk in the provinces of Vicenza, Trento, Padova and Treviso. Asiago d’Allevo and Asiago Pressato d'Allevo is more traditional. The flavour as "Mezzano" (medium-aged) of four to six months, the flavour is pleasant, yeasty with a compact texture.
HOW TO USE: Aged Asiago is typically great on the cheeseboard and can be grated or shaved. Sprinkle it on top of salads, soups, pasta, and sauces.
