Spicy Ventricina is a Calabrian delicacy, made from pork cheek, neck and shoulder. It's coarsely chopped and flavoured with salt, pepper and chilli, then is placed into a casing to cure. Spicy Ventricina is similar to Spianata Piccante, however, is distinguished by its different cylindrical shape.
INGREDIENTS: Pork meat, 5% spicy Calabrian hot pepper cream (95% spicy Calabrian hot peppers, salt), salt, spices, dextrose, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; preservatives: potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite.
