Prepared according to the PDO Regulations, using parts of pigs born, bred and slaughtered in Calabria, such as shoulder, under-rib, ham and lard (shoulder not less than 50%; sub-rib not higher than 50%; ham not less than 50%, lard between 6 and 20%). Stuffed in natural casing and tied by hand. Flavored with black pepper.
INGREDIENTS: Calabrian pork meat, salt, spices: black pepper, antioxidants: sodium ascorbate, preservatives: potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite.
